The Class: Baby Sleep 101 $247

Welcome to The Class: Baby Sleep 101 where intentional, attachment-centred parenting is the foundation of everything you will learn. You’re tired, emotional and there’s just too much conflicting information about sleep, and a lot of pressure to “sleep train” or let your baby “cry it out”. 

That’s where I come in with your solution.

I am going to break down the methods that work into realistic, age appropriate, achievable goals that will leave you feeling empowered and get you the sleep you desperately need - minus the stress. You will walk away with step-by-step strategies, tips and tools, so you can feel confident in your sleep journey moving forward. 

My methods are hands-on, responsive and always attachment centred. No stress responses, controlled-crying or cry-it-out.

Normalizing the reality of how hard parenting can be is important and let’s be real, you could use some support, you don’t have to struggle and do it alone. Babies are ever changing and so is their sleep, education about sleep is key for setting you up for success.


A LITTLE MORE ABOUT THE CLASS:

This three week class is all about prevention and setting you up for success. As new parents, sleep and routines can feel very overwhelming and confusing. The Class: Baby Sleep 101 will simplify and educate you with age appropriate, attachment-centred sleep routines and strategies. Setting your family up for success through life’s first big developments will ensure you lay the groundwork for healthy sleep habits. Developmental milestones can be very disruptive to your baby and their sleep. In this class you will learn how to support and navigate these “Sleep Progressions” with intention and structure, laying the foundation for a well rested future.

THE FORMAT:

The Class: Baby Sleep 101 is a three-week digital program with an intimate setting of 15 like minded parents, consisting of three consecutive weeks of virtual meetings.

Each class is one hour.

This three week format gives us the opportunity to learn, build, implement and make adjustments for your specific needs. The Class: Baby Sleep 101 is as close to the process of working with me one-on-one.
